A non-refundable deposit is required to book your appointment. Deposits are considered booking retainers to reserve the time slot for your service(s). Any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment will be charged a non-transferable cancellation fee of 50% of the service(s) & forfeiture of deposit. There is a 10 minute grace period for tardiness. After 10 minutes into your appointment, it will be considered a no-show resulting in a 50% cancellation fee for total services. Rescheduled appointments must meet the standards of a cancellation: a notice with a 48hour minimum prior to the scheduled appointments. Any rescheduled appointments within 48hours will be considered a same-day cancellation, will be charged the 50% cancellation fee & forfeits deposit(s) made. A new deposit will be required to book. More than 2 rescheduled times for the same appointment will result in an additional deposit as well as an online booking ban, & will have to book directly with me moving forward. All fees & deposits are to account for operating costs, and revenue loss for holding the time slot allotted for your canceled service(s). Cancellations forfeit any deposits made & will require a new deposit for future bookings. By checking the box, & booking the appointment, means you accept these terms & conditions.
